If the parcel is recovered and returned to us, additional shipping and handling charges may apply for re-shipment.

Non-Deliveries: In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen parcel, customers who purchased Route insurance at checkout may request a replacement or refund. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the parcel, please contact us by Email for free.
Re-sending Orders: Should an order be returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., failure to pay customs charges), we are happy to re-ship the order upon completion of payment for additional shipping and handling charges.
