Due to the intimate nature of the products we present for sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If, upon receipt of your Order, inspect your ordered item carefully. If your item was damaged during shipment, you must contact us at service@selfloveyoni.com within seven (3) days after the item was delivered to arrange a return. We will accept a return of the damaged product for a refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed within approximately three [3] business days of our receipt of your returned damaged product and will show on your statement within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned goods. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
Incorrect product returns: everyone at our site strives for accuracy, but we are human and mistakes do happen. If you receive an incorrect order you must contact us at service@selfloveyoni.com within three (3) days after the item was delivered to report shipping errors and arrange for the return of the incorrect product.
